a day-to-day basis. Price on application from just $100.00 per month.
If you want a unique web address that is descriptive of your business, yourself or your
interests, you'll want to register a domain name of your own. We can register domains in
most countries for you at some of the lowest prices around.
If you host your domains elsewhere and just want backup services, or if you only need specialist
hosting services, we provide Primary and Secondary DNS, Primary and Secondary Mail, POP3, IMAP and
Webmail Services independently - placing complete control in your hands.
We take our infrastructure seriously. All of our equipment is located within some
of the best data centres in the world, amongst companies that share our passion for
excellence in technical service delivery. Reliability, Performance and Uptime are not
just words to us, but the benchmark against we measure ourselves on a continual basis, and
we're happy to guarantee it.
In short, you get the connectivity, bandwidth and stability you simply can't find anywhere
else, backed by our commitment to total customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that
we fail to meet our Service Level Agreement with you, then we will give you service credits
to offset your next bill.

When it comes to network speed and bandwidth, the data centres are second to none.
With unrivaled speed, traffic jams and roadblocks are
eliminated to assure high volume, instantaneous response for hosted applications.

Redundant network cores in multiple data centers means that if a router or high-level
network appliance goes down for any reason, there is no loss of service.

By using multiple Tier 1 telecom providers and direct Internet connections, we bypass
transit networks and shorten the network path between your IT infrastructure and your
customers. The result is lower latency, maximum speed, and unsurpassed reliability.

We automatically aggregate your allowances so that you save money. For instance, if you have two
domains hosted with us, we will aggregate your disk space and bandwidth allowances and not charge
any excess charges unless the total allowance has been exceeded.

Power systems at the data centers are designed to run uninterrupted - even in the unlikely
event of a total power outage. We have, for example, a state-of-the-art N+1 power generator
architecture. In the event of any generator failure, back up power systems provide ample
capacity to keep servers running.

In an extended power outage, on-site diesel generators at the data centers can run indefinitely.
Power generators receive regular preventative maintenance to ensure the will continue to function
in any emergency.

Every server is fed with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that assures service in the event of a
power failure. UPS power is N+1 redundant with instant failover coverage should the primary UPS fail.

Data center HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems are N+1 redundant to ensure that
in the unlikely event of an entire HVAC system failure, there is a duplicate system ready to
assume the load.

The data centers feature advanced fire suppression systems to keep any fires localized and prevent
them from spreading.

Preventative maintenance is performed regularly by highly trained personnel to meet or exceed
manufacturers recommended practices. These include quarterly generator maintenance, quarterly
UPS maintenance and battery testing, and monthly HVAC maintenance.

Many hosting providers seem to charge the Earth for providing shared hosting servers.
Frankly, this baffles us and we see this as nothing short of overcharging. With the
widespread proliferation of multiple-CPU, multiple-core computer platforms, coupled
with significant decreases in the cost of memory and disk storage, it is now accepted
as industry best-practise to host multiple web sites on a single hardware platform.
With the coming of age of hardware virtualisation technologies, such as ESX's VM Ware
and Microsoft Hyper-V products, powerful server computers may now be virtualised into
several more traditionally-sized servers at a much lower cost, but without sacrificing
any performance. In fact, quite the opposite is true. Because each hardware platform
is essentially over-specified, each virtual server benefits from lulls in activity on
the other servers, whilst still having a guaranteed share of memory, CPU and other
resources that were equal to or better than the original server.
We adopt all of these technologies to provide a scalable, high-performance and
fault-tolerant hosting infrastructure that can support many thousands of web sites.
With the cost of the technology being spread over so many customers, we get to
keep our prices to you as low as possible. But Low Prices doesn't mean "cheap".
Our hardware comes from manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Dell, Cisco
and Checkpoint and is anything but cheap.
As your Internet hosting provider of choice, you can expect a great deal from
Top Level Internet and its partners. Firstly, you can expect that your needs,
concerns and issues will be taken seriously by people who genuinely care about
the success of your business.
You can absolutely expect us to take our promises of Reliability, Performance
and Uptime very seriously and to strive hard to constantly meet or exceed our
Service Level Agreements. You can expect us to be pro-active in monitoring
and maintaing the hardware and software on which your web site is dependent
and to be prompt in responding to any problems that might arise.
You can expect us to treat you with professionalism and courtesy during our
interactions with you, regardless of the medium. Our goal is to be an
extension of your team, providing first class I.T. outsourcing services with
a friendly smile at all times.
You can also expect us to take our Free-Form Outsourcing
philosophy seriously, always looking for innovative ways to adapt our thinking
so that you can be agile in your business endeavours.
Every product and service that we provide is associated with a Service Level
Agreement that clearly sets out the minimum service standards that we work
towards on a day-to-day basis.
These agreements cover such things as:
- Availability of service,
- Time taken to respond to faults,
- Time taken to restore a service,
- Time taken to respond to requests and enquiries, and
- Time taken to perform modifications to services.
We take these agreements seriously and we guarantee to uphold the agreement in
every respect. In the unlikely event that we fail to keep our side of the
agreement, we'll give you Service Credits to offset your future costs.
In a utopian society, we probably wouldn't need to have many Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous operators in the world and we must have
rules that everyone needs to follow to ensure that all members of our hosting
community continue to receive uninterrupted services, and so that the general
public are protected from people who decide to operate outside of the law.
All use of our hosting products and services are governed by general terms and
conditions of use and an Acceptable Use Policy. These are fully explained in
the following document:
Internet Hosting Terms, Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy
When you sign up for a hosting product, you will be reminded of these terms and
conditions and asked to signify that you have read and accept them. Should we
change the terms and conditions applicable to your account, we will advise you of
the change as soon as possible.
Every hosting product is sold on a pre-paid monthly subscription basis.
To reduce workload and save costs, customers may elect to pay annually in advance.
If you do so, we will reward you be giving you 12 months of service for the price
of 10 - equivalent to two months free hosting per year.
We accept the following payment methods:
